CHICAGO, May 27, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Highmetric today announced that Gryphon Investors, a leading middle-market private equity firm, has acquired its highly successful ServiceNow business unit and the Highmetric brand name as the foundation for a new ServiceNow platform. The company's substantial remaining business has rebranded as MajorKey Technologies. MajorKey brings together over 420 technical, sales and delivery specialists to focus on helping its public and private sector clients unlock the benefits of cloud-enabled digital transformation.
