Renzi as Chief Growth Officer. With over three decades of leadership experience in healthcare technology, payer solutions, and strategic growth, Rob will lead HiLabs' go-to-market strategy and strengthen its presence across national and regional health plans.

Rob has held senior roles at some of the most respected names in the industry. He spent nearly 28 years at Erisco, TriZetto, and Cognizant, where he built and scaled enterprise payer solutions. He then served as Chief Revenue Officer at Welltok and as Senior Vice President & GM of New Business Development at Zelis Healthcare, driving expansion across member engagement and payment integrity solutions. Most recently, Rob served as Chief Growth Officer at Catalyst Solutions, where he led client acquisition and strategic partnerships focused on simplifying the complex environment of health benefits and the technologies supporting them.

At HiLabs, Rob will oversee all growth-related functions, including sales, client success, and partnerships, at a time when health plans are accelerating their adoption of AI to modernize operations and meet increasing regulatory and member expectations.
