Hilti Strikes Agreement with AT&T for Private Global Network to Speed Transactions in Stores

FRANKFURT, Germany, March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Hilti, a global provider of leading-edge technology to the construction industry, has signed an agreement with AT&T* for an IP-based virtual private network (VPN). The service will help Hilti's retail store employees around the world ring up customer purchases faster than ever before.

The AT&T VPN will connect employees and systems across more than 200 Hilti sites across Europe, Asia, the United States and Latin America.
