The company also announced the appointment of Rick McCord to its leadership team as Vice President of Global Sales.

• Record candidate satisfaction ratings based on candidate experience surveys during the quarter, which revealed that 97 percent of candidates appreciate the convenience of on-demand digital interviews. Further, 95 percent of candidates appreciate that it's a fair and consistent process while another 90 percent agree that digital interviews are an effective way for companies to get to know them as individuals.
