NEW YORK, June 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- HL Group, a strategic marketing and communications agency, announced today the promotion of Amy Hufft to President. In her new role, Ms. Hufft will lead HL Group's growth strategy, client services and overall agency operations, in addition to enhancing and expanding agency talent and offerings. She will report directly to co-founders Hamilton South and Lynn Tesoro.

Ms. Hufft previously served as HL Group's Executive Vice President. She joined the company in 2010 as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and was named Senior Vice President a year later. Prior to HL Group, she served as Vice President of Strategic Development at Omnicom experiential agency Sage Collective and Senior Director of Business Development and Client Services at Harrison & Shriftman. She is a graduate of Pepperdine University and received her MBA from Columbia University.
