MANITOWOC, Wis., Oct. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Not feeling well? Not for long, promises Holy Family Memorial. Now available to people in Wisconsin, HFM Right Now is a new simple-to-use online diagnosis and treatment option for minor health conditions. By connecting patients and Holy Family Memorial clinicians online for an inexpensive flat-rate fee, HFM Right Now makes mainstream medicine not only affordable, but also easily accessible to anyone with a web-enabled device.

With HFM Right Now, patients can receive prompt, high-quality virtual care for common medical conditions such as sinus infections, female bladder infections, pink eye, or cold, cough and flu—all for $35.00, payable by a credit, debit or health savings card. 

HFM Right Now will be available 365 days—with provider response between 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Patients start a virtual visit at https://hfmrightnow.zipnosis.com/ and complete an online medical questionnaire about their symptoms. The virtual visit is guided by the Zipnosis™ platform, and most visits take less than five minutes to complete. The results are then sent to a Holy Family Memorial board-certified clinician for review. Once the clinician completes the diagnosis, a text or email is sent to the patient notifying the patient that the diagnosis and treatment plan are ready, within an hour. If a prescription is appropriate, the patient selects a preferred pharmacy via the platform, and a prescription is sent electronically.
