Home Buyers Rank Quadrant Homes Among Highest in the Nation for Customer Service

BELLEVUE, Wash., May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Quadrant Homes (www.quadranthomes.com), Washington State's largest single-family home builder, announced today that the company has been awarded the 2010 Guildmaster Award for exceptional customer satisfaction. Quadrant Homes was one of only 139 home builders, remodelers, developers and contractors throughout North America recognized for their remarkable performance.

To date, Guild Quality has received over 6,500 survey responses from Quadrant Homes' customers.  In considering eligibility for the award, Guild Quality reviews survey feedback received from all customers who have bought a home or had work completed in the current calendar year.  Currently, Quadrant Homes has a 97-percent willingness to refer rate, and over 30-percent of their home sales come from actual referrals of existing Quadrant customers.
