Hondros College Hosts Real Estate Courses In New Location

WESTERVILLE, Ohio, Sept. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hondros College, Ohio's top real-estate college, announced today it will offer its popular real estate pre-licensing education courses October 2 through October 19, 2012, from 8 am. to 5:35 p.m. at Quail Hollow Resort in Painesville, Ohio.

The 120 hour, three week program provides students with the opportunity to complete the state required real estate pre-licensing education requirements, after which they are eligible to sit for the Ohio real estate licensing exam. With this program, Hondros expands its real estate pre-licensing curriculum beyond its six traditional campus locations to residents of northeast Ohio.

"Hondros College decided to offer courses in Painesville, Ohio, based on increased demand for real estate pre-licensing courses, due to the recent improvements in the housing market," said Tina Lapp, Hondros College president. "Responsible for educating more than 80 percent of real-estate agents in the state, Hondros is pleased to expand our real-estate curriculum offerings to northeast Ohio residents." 

The real-estate pre-licensing curriculum includes real-estate principals and practices, real-estate law, real-estate finance and real-estate appraisal. Textbooks and classroom materials are included in the $1099 course fee. Classes will be held Tuesday through Friday.
