Hood College's 12th President Debbie Ricker to be Inaugurated Oct. 18

WHAT:
The inauguration of Hood College's 12th President, Debbie Ricker, Ph.D., in the Hodson Outdoor Theater on the College's campus in Frederick, Md. The ceremony will bring together students, faculty, staff, alumni and distinguished guests from across the region.

The program will include greetings from academic, civic and student leaders, followed by an inaugural address from President Ricker outlining her vision for Hood's future.

WHO:
Guests include civic, industry and higher education partners, including but not limited to the following:

Saturday, Oct. 18.

The processional will begin at 10:45 a.m., with the ceremony starting at 11 a.m.

A post-ceremony reception on the Residential Quadrangle will take place after the ceremony.

WHERE:
The ceremony will be held in the Hodson Outdoor Theater on Hood College's campus in Frederick, Md. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held in the Coffman Chapel.
