TEMECULA, Calif., Sept. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Recently merged Horizon Solar Power and Solar Spectrum today announced definitive agreements for two strategic business acquisitions. Horizon Solar Power (Horizon), a premier designer and installer of residential and commercial solar systems in California, announced it has acquired BrightCurrent, the nation's largest retail marketing services provider for solar and other clean energy home services. In an adjoined statement, Solar Spectrum announced it has acquired the solar sales division of Skyline Solar, a full service award-winning solar management company.

The Solar Spectrum and Horizon partnership created the second largest provider of residential solar systems in California and the fourth largest in the country.
