Horter Investment Management CEO Inducted into Prestigious Midland Baseball Hall of Fame - Recognized for Leadership in Baseball and Life

Mentored by Midland Baseball founder, "Papa Joe" Hayden, Drew Horter's 50-year Midland relationship has resulted in his strong commitment to always giving back. The hard work, perseverance and integrity learned through the Midland system is evident in Horter's leadership of his family of financial services companies.

CINCINNATI, July 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Drew Horter, Founder and CEO of Horter Investment Management, has been elected to the prestigious Midland Redskins Baseball Organization's Hall of Fame. Midland is a renowned national baseball organization with 17-time 18U Connie Mack World Series Champions and have produced over 100 MLB players since its inception. The Drew Horter addition to the Midland Hall of Fame is among impressive company, as last year Barry Larkin, a 19-year MLB player and three gold glove award winner, was inducted in the inaugural class.

From his beginnings as a 6-year old pitcher for the Midland Redskins in the 1960s, Horter went on to win a state championship in 1969 and proudly displays his Midland Memorabilia he has accumulated throughout his life. But most importantly, Horter credits the Midland system, and Mr. "Papa Joe" Hayden specifically, for teaching him that true leadership is the direct result of hard work, perseverance, integrity, and the commitment to giving back.

Giving back to the community is an important priority for Drew Horter in so many ways; as he has donated both his time and financial support to not only Midland, but is a proud and dedicated supporter of Moeller High School, where his two sons attended high school. Drew and his family are also very much involved with organizations centered around helping those with disabilities, such as Stepping Stones, Linden Grove School, and the Heidt Center of Excellence to name a few.
