FCSI 21st Century Future Kitchen

This year, Hotelex Shanghai once again invited the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) to host the 21st Century Kitchen in the Hotelex Shanghai 2012. A future kitchen model will be displayed with related equipment to elaborate on the sustainable development trends in kitchens on the scene (E1-1G31).

IPA High-end Hotel Group Purchasing Pairing cooperated with IPA International Brand Premium for the first time during Hotelex Shanghai. The organizer constitutes over 20 high-quality and high-end hotel product suppliers such as Frette, Lame, Sifa, and Henny Penny as supplier groups, communicating and negotiating with domestic high-star hotels, budget hotels, monomer hotels and other types of hotel management, the owners representing hotel purchasing groups. This pairing will be held on April 10, 2012 during Hotelex Shanghai. 2012 New Concept Hotel Show

The 2012 new concept hotel show will give the audience a feast of design festival activities for the hotel industry, consisting of hotel model room design and industry elite gathering for China's hotel engineering and investment management forum. The organizer, China Tourist Hotels Association and UBM Sinoexpo will combine Intercontinental, Starwood, First Brigade, Kaiyuan -- four international hotel management groups -- and an Italian concept hotel design master to design and build a new concept hotel show -- Hotel Plus -- showing the different charms of the western classic star hotel and the new concept for future hotel design.

Hotel Development Trend Summit Forum

As the most influential professional hotel forum at the whole exhibition -- China Hotel Engineering and Investment Management Forum will have a grand debut on the afternoon of the first day, and will include analysing and prospecting China's development future policy trends throughout the hotel industry, the prospects of hotel design, hotel investment management, hotel culture and science and technology innovation, and several other hot topics.
