Howard Capital Management Launches HCM Hedged Equity ETF

Actively Managed ETF Built Around Broad Large-Cap Equity Exposure, a Systematic Options Overlay, and its Proprietary HCM-BuyLine® Model

ALPHARETTA, Ga., Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Howard Capital Management, LLC (HCM), an SEC-registered investment advisory firm, announces the launch of the HCM Hedged Equity ETF (NYSE Arca: HAWG), an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation while actively managing downside risk across changing market environments.

Launched on August 13, 2026, the Fund's strategy is built on three pillars:

• Broad Equity Exposure: The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in large-cap equity securities represented in the S&P 500® Index (replicated through the Solactive US Large Cap Index) and the Nasdaq-100 Index® (replicated through the Solactive United States Technology 100 Index).
  
  
• Systematic Options Overlay: Approximately 80% of the Fund's equity exposure is managed using a laddered put spread collar options strategy designed to help manage  downside risk while maintaining market exposure.
  
  
• HCM-BuyLine® Model: The remaining portion of the portfolio is actively managed using HCM-BuyLine®, the firm's proprietary quantitative investment model, which evaluates market trends to guide portfolio positioning.
