Hudl's Acquisition of Sportstec Approved
Two Leaders in Sports Video and Performance Analysis Come Together Under One Brand
LINCOLN, Neb., July 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Less than two months after Hudl announced its bid to acquire the Australia-based firm, Sportstec shareholders have given the green light. News of Hudl's decision to purchase Sportstec broke in May 2015, and its approval completes the company's third acquisition in just 12 months.

Hudl plans to add Sportstec employees to its existing headcount of more than 350 people.
