Human Capital Institute Launches New "Coaching-Centered Enterprise" Certification Course

CINCINNATI, Sept. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Human Capital Institute, the global association for strategic talent management, today announced the launch of its new certification course, Coaching-Centered Enterprise (CCE). Business leaders seeking sustained employee engagement and performance have identified that the competencies and behaviors of coaching are more critical than ever before. CCE Certification will empower managers and leaders to improve the functioning of their teams and drive learning, engagement, performance, and improved business results by using coaching skills.

The research also revealed that while HR wants employees to have access to coaching, internal or external coaches often aren't feasible for all employees. The CCE course aims to solve this problem by building a coaching culture where managers/leaders use coaching skills with their direct reports.

Coaching-Centered Enterprise is geared towards HR and L&D professionals looking to start a coaching strategy or effectively leverage the impact of a new model for coaching in their organization. The certification course will be conducted in major metropolitan areas around the U.S. and is available online and as corporate training throughout the year.
