Hyde Park Capital Advises Harney Hardware on Sale to PrimeSource Brands, a Portfolio Company of Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.

PrimeSource is a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. ("Clearlake"). Hyde Park Capital served as the exclusive investment banker to Harney for this transaction.
