I-care Group Acquires Amiral Technologies, Expanding AI-Driven Predictive Maintenance in Nuclear, Defense and Beyond

Acquisition brings Amiral's DiagFit technology into I-care's solution portfolio, adding on-premises predictive maintenance capabilities and further strengthening I-care's advanced data analysis capabilities.

MONS, Belgium, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- I-care Group, the global leader in predictive maintenance and reliability solutions, today announced it has acquired Amiral Technologies, a Grenoble-based deep-tech company and spin-off of the CNRS (France's National Center for Scientific Research). The acquisition brings Amiral's DiagFit platform, along with its R&D and sales teams, into I-care.

DiagFit will be progressively integrated into I-see™, I-care's AI-enhanced predictive maintenance platform. It brings additional advanced capabilities for analyzing complex industrial data across multiple sensors and operating parameters, further strengthening I-care's predictive maintenance offering. The technology uses historical operating data to model an asset's normal behavior and detect deviations that may indicate developing anomalies, even with limited historical failure data. DiagFit can be deployed both in the cloud and on-premises, allowing customers with strict data-security requirements to keep data within their own infrastructure when required.
