IBA Group, a global IT service provider of more than 2,500 IT and business professionals, joined the British National Outsourcing Association.
On April 28, IBA Group - http://www.ibagroupit - announced that IBA UK, its recently registered affiliate in Great Britain, joined the British National Outsourcing Association (NOA).
By joining the NOA, IBA intends to be more actively involved in initiatives and events important for the outsourcing industry of Great Britain, as well as share ideas and best practices with peers, learn from other industry leaders, and further raise its standards in customer service.
IBA Group has been implementing projects for British customers since 1999 acting as a contractor of a number of global IT leaders. In 2011, the company received a request from a local provider of enterprise solutions for multi-channel communications and document automation. The request resulted in an ongoing project designed to develop and test the user interface of the customer's new software as a service offering. The solution involves mass processing of millions of documents per day. Other IBA's projects in the country are related to security support, business control, and contract management.
