Idaho Falls Welcomes Natural Grocers

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho, Nov. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage® (NYSE: NGVC) is announcing the grand opening of a second store in Idaho, which will be located at 1270 E. 17th St. in Idaho Falls. The store opens for business on Tuesday, November 12th.

Natural Grocers, based in Colorado, offers free nutritional health coaching to its customers—including individualized nutrition sessions, meal planning, and other guidance about nutrition and health. Idaho Falls Natural Grocers will offer its first free cooking class in its dedicated demonstration kitchen and events facility on Thursday, November 14^th. Nationally recognized nutrition expert Cary Tamburro, BS, will show how to make "Smoothies to Jump Start Your Health."  Tamburro will demonstrate organic, gluten-free and dairy-free options.

Natural Grocers offers only carefully approved natural and organic groceries on its shelves, and only sells USDA certified organic produce.  Meats are sourced from animals raised naturally without the use of antibiotics or hormones.
