The new additions are: Mr. Robert Ross, chief financial officer; Mr. Jacob Hawkins, senior vice president, Operations; Mr. Eduardo Frias, vice president, Engineering; and Ms. Tamara Rosenthal, executive director, Brand Marketing.

The new executive hires and their areas of responsibility include:

• Robert "Bob" Ross, chief financial officer.  A key financial executive at Urban Outfitters for over 12 years, Mr. Ross will lead ideeli's finance team and be responsible for the Company's financial management and business strategy. At Urban Outfitters, Mr. Ross served most recently as executive director of finance and was one of the driving forces behind the creation and success of the company's global finance team. Prior to joining URBN, Mr. Ross served various roles in both the retail industry and public accounting and brings almost 20 years of financial experience in a high growth environment to the ideeli team.

• Jacob Hawkins, senior vice president, Operations. Prior to joining ideeli, Mr. Hawkins was at Overstock.com for nearly 10 years and was instrumental in growing the online retailer from a small, start-up company into a billion dollar industry leader with a reputation for world-class customer service.  As the senior vice president of supply chain, Mr. Hawkins oversaw the operations, buying and merchandising operations groups. At ideeli, Mr. Hawkins will be responsible for optimizing the member experience and managing operations, including customer service, logistics and freight.

• Eduardo Frias, vice president, Engineering. Mr. Frias joins ideeli from Johnson & Johnson (J&J) where he was vice president and co-founder of the Information Technology Global Services group – a large scale shared services organization that provides application development and support to all J&J operating companies. Having successfully optimized this centralized application services capability for over 250 companies at J&J, Frias is well equipped to oversee the development and implementation of technology services at ideeli. Prior to J&J, Mr. Frias served as the director of information technology for Dell Inc. where he established and managed a global development team with focus on U.S., Brazil and India.

• Tamara Rosenthal, executive director, Brand Marketing. As vice president of marketing at Lacoste, Ms. Rosenthal was recognized as one of the "Top Women in Business" by PINK Magazine and credited in Brandweek for being instrumental in freshening the "LACOSTE Look." At ideeli, Ms. Rosenthal is responsible for developing the Company's brand positioning, public relations, and editorial direction, as well as developing creative campaigns to enhance the rapidly growing ideeli brand. Prior to joining ideeli, Ms. Rosenthal's career has spanned the fashion and e-commerce industries, including senior level positions at Vogue, Ferragamo and asmallworld.net.  

Mr. Ross and Mr. Hawkins will report directly to ideeli CEO Paul Hurley; Mr. Frias will report to Mark Uhrmacher, ideeli CTO; and Ms. Rosenthal will report to David Manela, ideeli vice president, Strategic Marketing.
