Cogswell Industrial Security Award. The Cogswell Award recognizes industrial security excellence and is given for outstanding achievement in matters related exclusively to a facility's security program. In a ceremony in Las Vegas on June 24th, 2015, Mr. Sims presented the Cogswell Award to iGov Leadership and Security representatives Mike Kalinowski, Fran Williams, Virginia Kalinowski and Manning Bolchoz.
