IGT Partners with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas to Provide Integrated Casino Network

LAS VEGAS, June 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT), a global leader in creating the major slot games players love and casino network systems that improve the player experience, announced today that The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has signed a multi-product and systems agreement featuring sbX™, IGT's premier server based gaming solution; the majority floor share of games; plus an entire suite of IGT Advantage® system products. After a competitive bidding process, IGT has been selected to provide its integrated games and systems solution at The Cosmopolitan, making the new resort a full "IGT house." The Cosmopolitan is scheduled to open its doors in December 2010.

With the agreement comes the full IGT Advantage® suite including Machine Accounting, Patron Management, EZ Pay® ticket-in ticket-out, and a full suite of Advantage Bonusing® including Xtra Credit®, PointPlay®, Carded Lucky Coin, Delivery Games and IGT's new Intelligent Bonusing pending any required regulatory approval. The contract includes a full table management system featuring Cage & Table Accounting and Table iD®. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will also tap into powerful add-on products including Virtual Drawings and the IGT Tournament Manager solution.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas casino floor will feature IGT's GSA compliant server-based network which incorporates the award-winning, player-focused Service Window, sbX™ Floor Manager, Media Manager and access to the game library. The floor will also feature IGT's 3D Multi-Layer Display® (MLD®) technology.

The Service Window provides a unique player interaction experience, right at the slot machine. When the player inserts his players club card, a special "window" slides the game screen over, providing a menu of information and services that the player and operator can customize, all designed to improve the player experience. The sbX™ Floor Manager means ultimate access to the IGT game library, while the sbX™ Media Manager enables targeted messages and services to the Service Window.
