IGT Signs Agreement with University of Iceland Lottery
LAS VEGAS, Jan. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) announced today the signing of a six-year contract extension with the University of Iceland Lottery (UIL). The agreement includes the installation of 230 new G MLD® cabinets, which will feature IGT's unrivaled graphics and renowned 3D technology.

UIL's partnership with IGT began in December 1993 when UIL received its authorization to operate Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) for revenue expansion purposes for the University system. Currently, UIL utilizes the IGT Casinolink® and EZ Pay® systems and operates 500 IGT gaming terminals, mainly installed in bars, taverns and arcades all over Iceland.

UIL exclusively operates IGT gaming terminals, 500 total, located in approximately 35 locations. The 230 new G MLD® terminals will replace existing IGT Trimline machines.
