IGT to Showcase the Most Innovative Multi-Player Games in the Industry at G2E 2010

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT), a global leader in creating the major games that players love and the network systems that improve the player experience, will bring the industry's hottest Multi-Player Products to the 2010 Global Gaming Expo (G2E) on Nov. 16-18 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

IGT's Multi-Player M-P Series® product line features an interactive suite of electronic table games that create virtual pits, and this line is seeing increased placements in domestic markets. With virtual cards and chips, these products provide floor layout flexibility, increased game security, minimal staffing requirements, increased hands-per-hour and decreased operating costs, along with the addition of table game options for slots-only jurisdictions. The M-P Series® of products also supports virtual racing games, which are gaining popularity around the world.

This year's G2E M-P Series® offering brings unique 3D visuals to the Triple Towers® Greyhound Racing and Triple Towers® Horse Racing games. Using 52-inch Full HD Intelligent Display Solution monitors, 3D graphics are brought to life without the need for 3D glasses. This advanced technology allows multiple users to experience 3D graphics at the same time by providing a large viewing zone – perfect for the Triple Towers® games. With an enhanced graphics platform, the greyhounds and racehorses come to life, allowing players to feel like they can join in the action by "looking around" the corner as the horses and dogs race down the track. Also new for this year's show is a simplified, consistent player interface designed to be easily understood and intuitive for the player.

Joining the lineup is the new M-P Series® Phantom Blackjack™ game. Linking up to six player stations, the game includes a "phantom" dealer, a configurable multiple-deck shoe and two side bet features. This new game features a simplified approach, in which phantom gloved hands deal to keep the focus on the game. It is a traditional-style blackjack game with operator-configurable choices for number of decks, split and double down options. Also included are two side bets – Hot Streak and Up Card Luck – which add excitement to the game for both player and operator.

Already a favorite in the market, Roulette Evolution® comes to G2E this year with enhanced features. Available in animated, automated and live versions, this M-P Series® game is configurable for a variety of property applications. One of these innovative features is integration with King Roulettes automated roulette wheel. This brand-new automated roulette wheel is a revamped physical wheel with enhanced mechanics, and it is available in both the American "00" and the European "0" wheel styles. An additional feature for Roulette Evolution® is a new animated wheel with improved graphics for more exciting game play.

Also making their debut at G2E 2010 will be attention-grabbing topper options for the M-P Series® display units. These eye-catching overhead toppers are designed to enhance messaging and draw players into the game. For customer flexibility, the toppers are available in single- or dual-sided configurations to fit each customer's floor setup.
