ILC Dover Acquires JetSolutions SA

FREDERICA, Del. and ROSSENS, Switzerland, May 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ILC Dover, the global pioneer of disposable processing and powder containment systems for the pharmaceutical industry, announced today it has acquired JetSolutions SA, of Rossens, Switzerland. JetSolutions has extensive experience in powder/liquid mixing and processing operations including dosing, powder conveying, liquid mixing, and delumping.  They provide turnkey installations from design through installation and service.  Adding their experience and capabilities to those of Grayling Industries, which ILC Dover acquired in 2013, allows ILC Dover to provide a broad range of solutions from bulk packaging to processing.

JetSolutions SA core strength is its ability to design and build custom manufacturing systems based on the unique needs of its customers. System components are assembled and tested by JetSolutions SA prior to onsite installation to ensure optimal performance and system integrity.
