Image Skincare Named the 2016 Official Skincare of The Honda Classic

As part of their sponsorship, Image Skincare will distribute over 100,000 samples of their premium sun protection collection, Prevention+, to spectators during the four-day event. The brand will also provide skincare and sun protection to the golf professionals as they compete for the prestigious Honda Classic title.

Recreational golfers are at risk too, since every hour they can receive 3.5 to 5.4 times the amount of UV radiation exposure needed to cause a sunburn.

There is no shortage of professional golfers who have been diagnosed with skin cancer. Athletes such as Fred "Butch" Baird, Andy North, JC Snead and 2011 Honda Classic champion Rory Sabbatini have all been diagnosed with the potentially deadly disease.
