ROSWELL, Ga., Oct. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Imerys Carbonates, North America will increase prices across its ground calcium carbonates portfolio effective December 1, 2018, subject to individual contract and market provisions. Product prices will increase 4 to 8%, depending upon product grade, packaging and delivery terms. The price increase will support escalating costs of raw materials, logistics, labor and regulations that continue to challenge the supply chain today. Imerys continues to invest in higher quality products, operational safety, supply chain efficiency and customer-driven innovations, while maintaining operational excellence initiatives to battle ongoing inflationary pressures.
