Highly competitive selection provides access to a proven ecosystem for accelerating breakthrough science toward clinical and commercial success
MIAMI, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Immorta Bio Inc., a scientific longevity company developing therapies designed to restore youthful biology to prevent and treat diseases of aging and aging itself, today announced its selection to the 2026–27 Life Sciences cohort of Endless Frontier Labs (EFL) at New York University's Stern School of Business.
Immorta Bio was selected following a rigorous, multi-stage evaluation of the company, its science, development strategy and commercial potential, including in-depth interviews with the EFL team.
Endless Frontier Labs, a program for science- and technology-based startups at NYU Stern, helps promising companies scale through access to experienced entrepreneurs, scientists, investors and the broader New York entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem.
"Our mission is to bridge the gap between science and markets. We believe business strategy, validation by scientific peers, and connections to investors are critical for the successful commercialization of scientific breakthroughs. To that end, EFL provides founders access to an unparalleled network of business coaches, scientists, investors, and Stern MBA students to help transform their ideas into high-growth businesses," said NYU Stern Professor Deepak Hegde, Founding Director of EFL.
Immorta Bio is developing two complementary therapeutic platforms targeting fundamental biological processes associated with aging. SenoMune™, the company's senolytic immunotherapy platform, is designed to restore the immune system's natural ability to recognize and eliminate senescent cells. StemCellRevivify™, its regenerative platform, is designed to restore youthful cellular function and regenerative capacity. Together, the platforms form the foundation of Immorta Bio's strategy of using youthful biology as a therapeutic engine across cancer, organ failure, diseases of aging and aging itself.
"Selection by Endless Frontier Labs and NYU Stern represents important recognition of both the science we have built and the opportunity ahead of Immorta Bio," said Boris N. Reznik, PhD, Chairman and CEO of Immorta Bio. "EFL has built an extraordinary ecosystem with access to scientific, entrepreneurial, investment and industry leaders. As we move toward clinical development, we intend to fully leverage this ecosystem to accelerate our development, expand strategic relationships and help realize the full potential of Immorta Bio."
"Aging biology creates common mechanisms that contribute to many seemingly different diseases," said Thomas E. Ichim, PhD, President and Chief Scientific Officer of Immorta Bio. "Our strategy is to target those underlying mechanisms and harness youthful biology to prevent disease, treat established disease and regenerate damaged tissues. We believe this approach, which we have published in the peer-reviewed literature, can create new therapeutic opportunities across multiple areas of medicine."
The nine-month EFL program begins as Immorta Bio advances from extensive preclinical development toward clinical-stage execution. During the program, Immorta Bio expects to enter human clinical development, advance additional programs toward the clinic and expand its strategic and institutional relationships.
