Incapital Hires Hugh McHaffie to Lead Wealth Management Solutions Division
BOCA RATON, Fla., May 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Incapital LLC has named Hugh McHaffie as Managing Director of Incapital's Wealth Management Solutions division. Mr. McHaffie is a veteran of the wealth management industry, most recently serving as President of John Hancock Wealth Management. Mr. McHaffie will lead Incapital's development and distribution of Unit Investment Trusts, Structured Products and Annuities through its expanding presence in the financial advisor, banking and broker-dealer communities.

Mr. McHaffie led John Hancock Wealth Management for seven years, a division which offers mutual funds, retirement savings products and annuities. In addition, he oversaw John Hancock's Investment Management Services and served as President of the John Hancock Trust and John Hancock Funds II mutual fund complexes. Previously he was Senior Vice President, Individual Business Product Management for MetLife and served as Chairman of the Metropolitan Series Fund. Mr. McHaffie graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.A. in Economics and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
