Industry's Largest Cloud Data Center Cooperation Creates Business Volume Record

This cooperation includes a customized BFSMC data center in Shouming International Data Center, BFSMC's Beijing data center resource to be operated by ChinaCache, and a large-scale high-grade data center in Guiyang to be invested and built jointly by both companies. This cooperation will bring ChinaCache revenue as high as RMB 960 million, undoubtedly being the largest ever largest cloud data center deal in the industry.
As early as last year, it was announced by ChinaCache that a framework agreement with People's Daily Online had been signed, using ChinaCache's Shouming International Cloud Data Center to meet cloud computing and cloud storage needs. Building a cloud computing and cloud storage infrastructure platform in Shouming International Cloud Data Center will reduce long-term operating costs for user services and create favorable conditions for the company to provide customers with digital and full media service. This cooperation also became a super-big business deal worth up to RMB 650 million.
In the year ahead, the cloud data center cooperation alone will bring ChinaCache a billion RMB of revenue, while the CDN business growth in the future is also no less significant for ChinaCache.
With the rapid development of 4G and mobile Internet, there has been a surge of demand in the CDN market.
