SANTA CLARA, Calif., July 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The latest innovations to be presented by Ingeteam at Intersolar North America 2011 include the new range of Ingecon®Sun Power Max HE TL high-efficiency central inverters, with rated powers of 315, 500 and 625 kW for "Behind the fence" Projects. These inverters can also be supplied without an AC output cabinet (version NAC) to make the best use of available space in the technical rooms in which they are housed. A key feature of these inverter models is their high performance, achieving values of up to 98.5% in the case of the Ingecon®Sun 625HE TL model, whilst their modular design as independent electronic blocks provides increased system availability, should any incidents occur, and ease of maintenance. The integrated solution can include the Ingecon®Sun Power Max MT, up to 1,250 kW, featuring a transformer, medium voltage switchgear, and customizable to suit the requirements of each particular customer.

The Ingecon®Sun Power Maxter is the ideal option to maximize the PV plant performance in conditions of low irradiance. This option groups together a number of power blocks in the same DC bus. In this way, based on the power available in the PV array, a system master determines which blocks should be operating and the specific operating power at each particular time, for optimum inverter operation and improved overall plant performance. Available in powers ranging from 375 kW to 1,250 kW.

All the Ingecon®Sun inverters offer the option of either viewing the parameters and recording the data through the Ingecon®Sun Manager software or through the IngeconRAS™ PV web portal, with different access levels.

The commitment of Ingeteam with USA is reinforced  with the recent construction of a 100,000-square-foot combined production facility and office complex in Wisconsin. The new manufacturing plant focuses primarily on the renewable energy industry, producing Indar wind power generators, Ingeteam converters and solar power inverters for the North American market.

Additionally, Ingeteam has a business office in Santa Clara, Calif., specializing in the development of its solar photovoltaic business in North America.
