Insomniac Announces Official Artist Lineup and VIP Details for 3rd Annual New Year's Eve Event, Countdown

For the first time, Countdown will span over two enchanting nights where attendees can immerse themselves in a vibrant landscape full of festive décor, neon-lit art installations, confetti showers, champagne toasts and cozy heated corners around the beautiful moonlit lagoon. Those looking to enhance their last moments of 2016 will have access to a new selection of offerings in the vast, warm VIP lounge. Here, fans can satisfy their cravings at the DIY hot chocolate bar or toast to a memorable midnight at the VIP champagne bar with a complimentary glass of bubbly and two complimentary cocktails per night. With plenty of comfy seating, interactive photo booths, and a fully stocked body paint and beauty bar, Countdown VIP Headliners will be treated to the experience of a lifetime.

Countdown was originally created by Insomniac in the late nineties as a celebration of the electronic dance music movement in Los Angeles. The first dance music event to ever be held at the Los Angeles Sports Arena, Countdown will return SoCal reimagined for a new decade with three stunning indoor and outdoor stage productions, beautifully costumed theatrical performers, warm lounge and interactive areas, and plenty of surprises.
