Geyser brings over three decades of experience at the intersection of healthcare innovation, clinical operations, and advanced technology. A Yale-trained nurse practitioner, seasoned healthcare executive, and serial entrepreneur, he has dedicated his career to transforming care for vulnerable populations and older adults. His appointment reinforces Inspiren's evidence-based approach, rooted in deep clinical expertise. Founded by Michael Wang, a former cardiothoracic nurse and now Chief Clinical Officer, and supported by a clinical success team composed entirely of licensed clinicians, Inspiren is setting a new standard in resident safety and operational excellence—ensuring every solution is designed with care at its core.

Having implemented Inspiren's solutions across multiple sites, he saw measurable improvements in staff efficiency, resident outcomes and family satisfaction.
