SEDALIA, Mo., Feb. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Aric Snyder, Jr. has been named Chief Executive Officer and President of Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. He takes over as his father, Aric Snyder, Sr. steps down after more than 25 years in the position and nearly 50 with the company.
"Inter-State Studio has been a family business since its founding in 1933 by my dad, Guy Snyder," said Aric, Sr. "With great confidence, I can say the future is in good hands. Inter-State will continue to be a leader in our industry and continue to treat our employees like the family they are."
Throughout Aric Snyder, Sr.'s tenure at Inter-State, the company has grown from operating in a handful of states to having representation in 30 states and sales in all 50 states. Without the Snyder family and their team's leadership and direction, Inter-State would not have become the largest family-owned school photography company in North America.
Aric Snyder, Jr. has been involved with Inter-State since his teen years, serving in the Territory Manager training program, then as Territory Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Marketing before being promoted to Vice President in June 2015.
"The future of Inter-State Studio is built on the strong foundation created by my parents, grandparents, and their teams," said Aric Snyder, Jr. "We will continue to innovate and lead in our industry to create lasting memories for families. We are excited to continue the long tradition Inter-State has of serving our customers."
