International Beauty Industry extends deadline for entry to the 2018 IBI Awards Competition
NEW YORK, Sept. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- THE INTERNATIONAL BEAUTY INDUSTRY (@IBI_BeautyAwards) announced today an extension of the 2018 IBI Awards Contest deadline in response to popular demand. Hair and makeup artists all over the globe are encouraged to enter the IBI Awards Competition on or before SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2018, by 12:00 AM PST. IBI's 2018 judging panel includes several veteran hair and makeup artists, as well as elite industry educators. JSterling, whom has worked with countless a-list celebrities including the faces of Mandy Moore and Liam Neeson, has recently joined the IBI Awards team as one of it's 2018 judges.
While IBI's judges have an impressive list of celebrity canvas', International Beauty Industry Awards candidates are judged solely on their work. IBI's independent judging council does not see any identifying information such as names, clientele, following, sponsorships, professional backgrounds or countries of origin.
IBI Award winners will be presented with the luxurious, hand-crafted and personalized IBI Awards Statuette. The IBI awards statuette was thoughtfully and painstakingly designed by the same people who make legendary awards like the Golden Globes, Emmys®, MTV awards, and People's Choice Awards.
Submissions, judging and announcements all happen on IBI's new innovative online platform. The IBI Awards is the only online-only competition in the beauty industry today. Artists are NOT required to enter on-site at an event, making the IBI Awards the most globally accessible award of its kind. IBI Awards Winners will be announced on October 30th, 2018.
