Steven Potter is the co-founder and new Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson United States. He is joined by co-founder and Partner, David Gabriel, who is Head of the Technology, Media & Communications practices.

Steven Potter has more than 25 years of experience in executive search, working both in the U.S. and overseas, with a special focus on financial services. During Steven's 14 years at Russell Reynolds, he went on to lead its Financial Services practice and manage its Asia Pacific operation. Steven was also the CEO of TMP Worldwide Executive Search, CEO of Highland Search Group and Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Sextant Search Partners, a boutique firm focused on the financial services industry.

David Gabriel is a veteran search consultant and former managing partner of The Arcus Group. David is also a prior Group Executive and Managing Partner at TMP Worldwide Executive Search. He was responsible for establishing and then growing his division into the fourth largest Technology and Media search practice in the world.
