In addition to the new site, ISA is also featuring two new programs in Beijing, China and Hyderabad, India, as well as specific cultural and academic multi media features for each of their 36 program locations.

The updated website also boasts optimized navigation, clear content for all programs, and a user-friendly layout. Other key features of the site include call outs to ISA's social networks and specialized portals for students and advisors.

Notable features of the ISA Student Portal include a pre-departure online orientation, access to necessary paperwork, and detailed information regarding student financial aid. The Advisors Portal is a specially designed resource for their over 250 affiliate partners, which allows advisors to access real-time reports detailing student participation in ISA programs. Each portal was designed to streamline users' experience and cut back on paper to support ISA's Green Initiative.

Later in the year ISA will introduce new initiatives that will be featured throughout the website including the popular ISA Green Initiative. This initiative details standards ISA has set for the organization regarding environmental awareness and sustainability. In 2010, ISA was recognized by the City of Austin as a WasteSMART Partner and was nominated for the Going Green Award by the Austin Business Journal.
