LOS ANGELES, Sept. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Major hospitality construction and remodeling services brand, InterServ LP, (www.interservlp.com) has announced its newest hospitality projects around the world, along with the new hire to its group of companies of Chairman Sagi Cohen in its Los Angeles office as the company finalizes its five-year growth strategy.

InterServ, which has renovated over 500 luxury hotels since its inception, is currently overseeing a project at the Ritz Carlton Residences Bangkok at MahaNakhon, Thailand's tallest building currently under construction, with interiors by David Collins Studio. The bi-coastal firm has also signed deals this week for remodeling projects in Beverly Hills and Miami as well as other hotels currently in the pipeline in New York, Los Angeles, and Florida.

Seasoned executive Sagi Cohen was recently appointed Chairman of the group of companies to drive InterServ's five-year strategic plan for growth. Cohen will oversee sales, marketing and operations of all InterServ LP and Claudian LP related companies.
