Interstate Hotels & Resorts Announces Management Contracts for ibis budget Hotels in Derby and Leicester

ARLINGTON, Va., March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Interstate Hotels & Resorts – the leading U.S.-based global hotel management company – announces new UK management contracts for ibis budget Hotel Derby and ibis budget Hotel Leicester. The new hotels increase Interstate's rapidly expanding UK portfolio by 154 guestrooms and cements its position as the premier hotel management company in the UK, raising its collection to 49 hotels managed and signed.

The 81-room ibis budget Hotel Derby, and 73-room ibis budget Hotel Leicester, are mid-tier hotels situated close to the city centers of Derby and Leicester. Both hotels offer contemporary guestrooms with en-suite showers, air cooling, flat screen TVs and a continental breakfast served daily.
