PITTSBURGH, April 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- "I'm a bison farmer, and I needed a better way to control flies around my bison herd during black fly season," said an inventor, from Rhinelander, Wisc., "so I invented THE FLY COLLECTOR. My design helps control the flies without harming the bison or the plants they graze on."
The patent-pending invention provides an improved way to control biting flies on farms and ranches. In doing so, it helps trap and kill flies. It also eliminates the need to use harmful chemicals, and it would not harm livestock or plants. The invention features a practical design that is easy to use so it is ideal for farmers, ranchers, property owners, and any area where biting flies are prevalent. Additionally, the invention can be 110v or solar powered, and the timed spray can be easily adjusted to fit individual use. A prototype model and technical drawings are available upon request.
The original design was submitted to the Chicago sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
