INVeSHARE Adds Two Industry Veterans from Pershing and Thomson Reuters to the Senior Management Team

NEW YORK, May 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- INVeSHARE, an innovative provider of regulated shareholder communications, announced today the hiring of two key members of the senior management team. Richard Reinemann joins INVeSHARE as Chief Operations Officer and Kevin Ryan is appointed Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Reinemann has extensive experience in operations, technology and finance. He most recently served as Managing Director, Global Head of Operations and Middle Office, and was a member of the Operating Committee at Jefferies & Company, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Reinemann spent over 25 years in various executive management positions at Pershing LLC, including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Managing Director of Securities Finance; additionally, he was a member of the Executive Committee. He is active in industry-wide change programs that have improved securities processing and controls, and is recognized as a leader with deep industry knowledge and thorough execution skills. Mr. Reinemann holds FINRA series 7, 24, 27 and State 63 licenses.

Mr. Ryan comes to INVeSHARE from CoStar Group where he was a Regional Director. Prior to that, he spent 14 years in direct sales and sales management roles in the Wealth Management and Trading Divisions at Thomson Reuters. Mr. Ryan has a strong background in setting strategic direction, building and managing successful teams, driving revenue, and forging strong relationships. Mr. Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Albright College.
