ISBI and Canadian Premier League Sign Multi-Year Deal to Deliver Cutting-Edge Sales and Customer Service Skills Training

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Nov. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Inspiration Sports Business Institute (ISBI) announced today that it has entered into a league-wide multi-year agreement with Canadian Premier League of Professional Soccer (CPL) to train their personnel using the cutting-edge digital training and coaching platform called ISBI 360°.  

The seven inaugural CPL teams will train their ticket sales, sponsorship sales, and service staffs beginning in November. ISBI 360°, which is powered by the experiential training platform Mentored, utilizes micro-learning techniques and live interaction to facilitate behavior change and develop positive work habits. The experience-driven, high-frequency, immersive and engaging program has been lauded by several professional teams and leagues including Minor League Baseball, Major League Soccer, the United Soccer League and the East Coast Hockey League.
