At ispDigital, Mr. Rodes will oversee the global legal and privacy matters within Acceso, Antevenio and Digilant, the group's earned, owned, and paid media operating companies, respectively. He is based in the company's Spanish headquarters in Barcelona and reports to CEO Don Epperson, who is based out of the company's headquarters in Boston.
Prior to joining ispDigital, Mr. Rodes was a partner at Baker & McKenzie's Corporate Department in Barcelona where he advised national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other transactional work involving various industries, and on policy law.
