As a global corporation, Evonik Industries AG (annual turnover in 2013 around 12.7 billion Euros), must often take many factors into account when finding solutions which can be deployed rapidly but in a sustainable manner. Recently Evonik successfully undertook a carve-out project to change over the IT systems at one of its US subsidiaries in in just five weeks.

The world-renowned SAP partner, itelligence AG played a key role in this success. They recommended the use of the SAP cloud solution SAP Business ByDesign, and worked together with Evonik to bring the project to a very successful conclusion.

Within five weeks, the itelligence consultants conducted SAP Business ByDesign, including SAP Financial (FIN), Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) at a subsidiary of Evonik in the US, which works in the area of foam production and has approximately 50 employees.
