Florida claims the most spots on the lineup with 12 entries, followed closely behind by Texas (8), California (7), and Oklahoma (7). Other top cities on the list include Seattle (4), New York City (4), and Atlanta (4). The most popular food categories on the list cater to children's palates, with pizza (16 entries) and BBQ (10 entries) ranking as the top two. A consistent trend that appears throughout the most popular cuisines on the list is restaurants that feature large, shareable plates – perfect for family dining. Of these cuisines, Italian proved to be the most popular (20%), followed by pizza (16%), BBQ (10%), and Mexican/Latin (10%).
