Acquisition of Wells Fargo Center brings the Company's total leasable space in the financial district to nearly 186,000 m2 (2 million ft2)
MONTREAL, June 3, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Ivanhoé Cambridge continues to deploy its growth strategy in the United States with the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Wells Fargo Center, a 47-storey, Class A, office tower with 91,400 m2 (983,600 ft2) of leasable space. The Company's investment of approximately US$390 million brings Ivanhoé Cambridge's share of leasable Class A space in Seattle's financial district to nearly 8%.

Wells Fargo Center's space is in addition to the 87,700 m2 (943,600 ft2) of leasable area at the U.S. Bank Centre, also located in Seattle's financial district and in which Ivanhoé Cambridge has a 50% ownership interest.
