Ixonos Group Acquires Cresense

Ixonos strengthens its user research knowledge and design skills  

Ixonos Plc has signed an agreement to acquire a Finnish, privately owned Cresense Oy. The acquisition will strengthen Ixonos' position as an innovative digitalization and transformation partner. Cresense´s competence will optimally support Ixonos' strategy which was renewed in July, by enforcing company's user research knowledge and design skills. Company reorganization requires fulfillment of certain conditions and is expected to be completed during the third quarter in 2015.
