Jamie Lorentz Joins Universal Insurance Services as Analyst for Financial Institutions and Institutional Insurance

BOCA RATON, Fla., Oct. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Insurance Services LLC, a subsidiary of Vanbridge LLC, an innovative life insurance and financial advisory distribution firm, announced today that Jamie Lorentz has joined the firm as an Analyst for Corporate and Institutional Insurance.

Mr. Lorentz joins Universal from HilltopBancSystems where he served as Vice President of portfolio strategy and business development for depository institutions.  In that role, he consulted across all aspects of the asset and liability management process, often acting as an intermediary and advisor for management staffs and boards of directors. He has extensive experience working with financial institutions to maximize long-term performance while helping to address and mitigate any existing or potential risks.

Mr. Lorentz began his career as an Associate for PNC Capital Markets, where he spent time as part of the Financial Institutions Group, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading functions.  Jamie earned a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Findlay (OH).  In addition, he is currently a CFA Level 3 Candidate.
