Janetta graduated from The George Washington University – School of Business with a Bachelors of Accountancy and later received her MBA. She and her husband, Aaron, moved to Rochester to join the company as the 3rd Generation, in February. Janetta has always had a passion for accounting and small business. She got her first internship in accounting at the age of 16. Prior to moving, Janetta dedicated her career to supporting several small businesses, in their accounting departments, by doing anything and everything that was needed.
Since moving to Rochester, Janetta has been training and working side-by-side with John. Ruby-Gordon's current President, Ray Ruby said "The wisdom and steady guidance John has provided over the last three decades will be missed by all of us, but I am confident that he is leaving us in good hands.
