Jaspersoft Extends Leadership in Cloud Analytics with Jaspersoft 5.5 for Amazon Web Services

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Jaspersoft, the Intelligence Inside applications and business processes, today announced the availability of Jaspersoft 5.5, its flagship business intelligence platform for Amazon Web Services (AWS). Now, through the AWS Marketplace, customers can use the new Jaspersoft suite with additional reporting and analytic features using its revolutionary utility-pricing model.

The low total cost of ownership (TCO) for Jaspersoft's Cloud offering has been validated through independent research from Nucleus Research. In the soon to be released report -- "Amazon Web Services and Jaspersoft - A New Way of Looking at BI in the Cloud" found that Jaspersoft and Amazon Redshift's new utility-based model could potentially reduce the software cost associated with analytics projects by two-thirds.
